Q: Why won't the "Customize" tab open? Just swirls and swirls.

Maybe something was wrong with the site at that time--or is wrong with your computer or device. The tab has always worked for me. My question is: Why can't you see the actual designs on the caps AFTER you place an order?--Keith

You can choose to buy two 50pcs and only need to pay the shipping cost of $8.99.

The one I received was printed, not embroidered--but printed well.

Q: Will the image be printed with a transparent background? I uploaded an image that has no background, but the preview hat shows a white background.

You need to upload images in png format to have no background. Alternatively, you can ask us to remove the white background for you.
