Not a good chair. Do not buy
Bought this to replace a VERY comfy chair that broke after 5 years and the manufacturer doesnt make anymore. Sadly this chair (which had a good review) is absolutely garbage. The spring that allows for recline is nearly non existent, and the arms are both uncomfortable and wobbly. Good news is it was super easy to put together. I would never buy this chair again. Its emblematic of the ongoing issue that plagues the online industry where the item is garbage but you have no idea until its too late and then "OH NO! Anyway..." no refund.Do not buy.

Great chair, but took a bit...
I had received this chair, but it wouldn't go together. Working with support, they were great. They return to the chair and got me a new one and made sure it worked. So in the end, it was a great chair, barring those couple of weeks to get it resolved.

Very comfortable until the spring or column part stopped working.
while the chair was super comfortable the center support on this gave out and now slides thru the support for the hydraulic cylinder.
