Best turmeric for me
I've ordered this before and it really helps with my aches and pains. The best before date for thus turmeric is July 2023 which I knew from reading other reviews but as it was out of stock elsewhere and I find this brand works well for me, I ordered it. I had previously ordered a different cheaper brand but found my pains soon returned so I stick to H&B turmeric.

No difference at all.
Everyone seems to rave about this but 5 days in and no difference I feel apart from going to the loo more. I will keep going with these and report back after a few weeks but if nothing changes it’s a big waste of money.
