Are you using original ink or replacement cartridges? I have found that using original ink, works best. As stated with another customer, I found that distilled water works well. GOOD LUCK!

Follow instructions that come with unit. The main cleaning, needs to be done on ALL ports, for equal ink flow. If you run out of solution, that comes with kit, I found using distilled water, works great. GOOD LUCK!
