This product is very useful for easing muscle pain, especially on my neck. You can adjust the way the rollers face in order to use it on different parts of the body like the thighs, calves or arms, etc.I have loved using this massager. The rollers are soft enough to not hurt, but firm enough to really help with muscle pain. It rolls out all the knots in my neck. I have tried it on other parts of my body besides the neck, but I ultimately found it was most effective when used on the neck. The whole massager is made of this nice, soft touch plastic - but it is very sturdy. I do not feel like it will break, even though it is put through some stress when I use it to massage.Pros:-Feels really nice on sore muscles-Easy to use-Lightweight but sturdyCons:-Pretty large so not easy to storeI am really glad I purchased this massager, it has really helped me with all the pain my neck accumlates throughout the day. I highly recommend this product.

This thing does NOT feel good on your neck. Even if you pull your hair up, it still grabs any wispy hairs into the rollers, it does not glide easily over your neck, and it is more painful than relieving, even after several attempts to adjust the rollers in different positions. This is one of the worst products I've ever tried. Waste of money. If I could give it zero stars, I would.

This tool is fairly easy to use. It will provide a little relief for a tense neck. Takes a minute to figure out how to use correctly. Not ideal of anything but the neck, and just feel it’s missing the mark

This thing is well made and tough. At first I couldn’t quite get it aligned but once I did, it hit the spots I wanted. The only issue I have is that it keeps grabbing my nape hairs. You definitely need to tie your Haylie up to use. I found this product effective.

The media could not be loaded. I purchase a new gadget once in a while to help with my back and neck spasms. When I received this one, I was about to return it because it didn’t seem comfortable. But accidentally, I discovered that both rollers are adjustable! I adjusted them to fit my neck, and it really works—it helps a lot! I use it for just a minute or so to loosen my neck spasms. The rollers themselves are made of soft rubber, and the entire gadget is made of flexible, smooth plastic. It’s easy to store and pretty flat—I just keep it under my armchair and pull it out when I need it.

Product overall does what it says which is massage your neck by rolling over it.However I found that this product was very limited in the way it's massage and that there was only a very specific way it moved in coverage your neck and therefore was not able to massage all of my neck equally well.Hence I returned it because the video made it seem like it was a good massage for all of your neck but difficult to use on various aspects of your neck such as a top and bottom.

This can really work out the kinks in your neck. In fact I have to use this with pulling them a bit apart as it can be a bit too aggressive. As I use it it is starting to relax the plastic more and has become quite comfortable. Be sure to put you hair up or it can pull on them if they get caught up in the rollers. Over all I find these useful and affordable.

The rubbers are not soft, stiff, and the rubber sizes are too small, not large enough to give the massage you need.
