Great Gloves
These are great gloves. They do allow much greater dexterity than most other gloves although there is a clear difference between having them on and going without gloves. They provide a lot of protection given how light they are and are much, much cooler to wear. Prior to Foxgloves, my glove of choice was the Atlas-Fit glove ( the ones I ordered are no longer available. ) We had to buy them in a 12 pack and they were about $3.00 a pair, so quite cheaper The Atlas Fit gloves provide more protection from wetness. The Foxgloves get wet quickly and are not great for wet dirt. However once they dry, the dirt just falls away. I use them when putting plants in the garden and they quickly become caked with dirt. But within a short period of time, once I shift to another task, they dry and the dirt is gone. They're pretty tough, too. I use them for running jute for my tomatoes and they are fine for that task. I've only had them for a few weeks so I don't know how they'll hold up.I ordered mediums through Amazon. They were too large and I tried to exchange them but ended up returning them instead. I went through their website and asked to send me another pair and waive the shipping which they did. It its worth making sure you get the right size because the shipping charge is $4.00 and you have to pay shipping to return them. So all in all I spent $6.50 on shipping. It might be worth going through their website: They have many more options.I think of myself as having small hands but both the Atlas Fit and Foxglove smalls are tight (but not unbearably so). Both medium sizes are absolutely too big for me so I'd rather have the smalls. My hand is 4" across including my thumb (think traffic cop stopping traffic.) Excluding the the thumb it is 3 1/4" wide. Circumference with thumb (at the point where the thumb starts to break away) is just under 9"; excluding the thumb it is 7 1/4". From the tip of my middle finger to my wrist is about 7" . My three middle fingers are around 2 3/4". The gloves are snug and I would like the fingers to be a teensy bit longer but the medium fingers were probably a half inch too long.

6 Stars would be more like it
I wish I could give them 6 stars! Let me start by saying that I HATE wearing gloves in the garden, I mean really hate them. However I'm tired of cuts and splinters and gnarly looking finger nails all summer long. These gloves allow me to really feel what I'm doing when weeding small weeds, offer enough protection to do things like yank thick woody english ivy off a brick house, and still be able to pick up all those papery maple tree seeds. While not exactly water-proof, they don't make my hands feel sloppy wet like regular work gloves when those get really wet, and they dry quick enough. I like being able to toss them into the laundry too. I can wear them all day and not really notice they are on my hands. I can even answer my iphone without taking them off. All in all a fantastic product. Will be ordering more of these for sure!

Bought them by accident, love them anyway.
I was looking for the model that has the grip ovals, but selected these instead. They have all the things I love about the others too, and are perfect for light gardening...the morning tour with the hori knife..the fit is pleasing...the only pair of gloves I haven't removed halfway through a planting chore!

Your Last Pair of Gardening Gloves
I got these for Christmas last year and love them. If you're like me, I got through multiple pairs of garden gloves every spring/summer. Not this year. I like these gloves so much so I am giving both my daughter-in-laws (also gardeners) a pair. They are durable, easy to keep clean (even if they get wet and muddy, I just let them dry and dirt comes right off) and the long length is very nice. Highly recommend. Do wish they would do a gift receipt.

Very comfortable
These are very nice for light garden duty, not wet or heavy work though. I also bought an elbow length pair and gave a more detailed review on that page. They are nice, light and comfortable but they aren't going to be your only pair of gardening gloves if you do any serious gardening.

expensive nylon gloves
I intended to order small size, but medium came--too loose. However after one wash, fits fine. Good dexterity, but has no dirt or water barrier or repelling property, just same as any soft nylon gloves. Wonder why it is called gardening glove. I could have used the dress gloves my mother left me and saved $28 plus tax.

dexterity along with warmth and protection
I have bought these 3 times! These gloves offer dexterity along with warmth and protection. I have a pair in my car for use scraping the windows, or changing tires. I have a pair at work. I have a pair for gardening at home. I can work in rain and still have grip and fine motor skills are not hindered. Great product. Thank you!

These are the nicest gardening gloves I've ever owned! And I've owned hundreds over the years! They go on like a dream and, for the first time in my life, I don't feel that my gardening gloves are hindering me from feeling g what I'm doing. These are AMAZING!they are also very durable and wash easily. I am in love with these gloves!!
