Everything is accounted for and in good shape
Received in good condition with all items. The bands are a little bent due to packaging but I'm sure will straighten. The stamps are sealed as well.

Stamps are NOT washable ink
This is a good favor bag, but please warn the parents that the stamps are NOT washable ink. We found out when my daughter decided to stamp the wall. Otherwise, this is a great buy.
