Big ol’ chunk of iron…but sea turtles!
This cast iron trivet from gasare is exactly what it says on the label. Not much to say… it’s a trivet. It’s sturdy and is made of cast iron. It looks exactly as pictured. Underneath are 4 little nonslip rubber feet. It sits about 1 cm off the counter. Because of the shallow height and holes in the design, some heat will radiate below the trivet but the feet did not get hot at all. I also really appreciate that it comes with 2 extra rubber nonslip socks for the feet.

Very sturdy
I loved this so much I bought another one. It’s extremely sturdy and keeps hot dishes off the countertops as it should.
