I have very dry & sensitive skin. What would work best for my skin type??

You still need to exfoliate even the driest skin needs some form of exfoliation.like brand guinot perfect radiance exfoliating cream. Use it ones or twice a week in pm during bath or shower.babor is a great brand but it's for mature skin and it has fragrance I don't know your age.I still recommend you to get cooling cleanser like - Neova herbal wash- it's refreshing cleansing not abrasive great results-i am aesthetician with 20 years experience. May I use abbot Hi oil cleanser to remove madcaa

This is a fabulous product. Cleans beautifully and leave your skin hydrated and smooth.

Is this good for congested skin, like blackheads?

I’m in my 60s so I haven’t had a huge problem with breakouts but what I have found is that since i started using this product about 30 years ago I have NO blackheads or breakouts

Moisturizing without being oily

I found out about this product when fitness instructor Denise Austin touted it. I didn’t know it was part of a two-step cleansing system, but so far I’m enjoying it on its own. It is an oil but it doesn’t leave the skin oily. It removes makeup well and has a pleasant, light scent.

Love Babor's dual cleansing system!

This is an excellent oil cleanser, and if you team it with the correct Phytoactive for your skin type, you will get clean, soft skin without the typical dry out or irritation of many dual cleansing systems. My only word of caution is make sure you purchase from a reputable seller as because this is an oil, if old stock, it will develop a rancid smell, just like any other oil cleanser on the market. Make sure you return it if it smells "off" or bad. :-)

You really need two products to work.

This product is used for facial cleansing along with one other Babor product. It does a wonderful job and it really leaves the skin so soft.

Must use with other product for it to work

You need 2 different products for the real effect and cleaning power cause just the 1 won't do the trick. This said I love the product and have used them for years. However, the I feel they should clearly mention this cause the price jumps to $60.

Simply the best

This product works better than any I have tried. It has a light fresh scent that is not overpowering. When combined with the phyto active, it gets all of my water proof mascara off without difficulty.I started using this product after trying multiple different low to high end lines. My sensitive skin always looked great for the first few weeks, but eventually started to develop rashes and dry spots. With Babor, this has not been a problem and I have been using it for 2 years now. My pores are smaller and even in winter my skin stays hydrated. Strongly recommend!
