Yes and no...The filter media is riveted into collar so you can’t change it but one could rinse it out and be reused for dust collection. However the impregnated carbon won’t be doing anything as it will be shot after 30 days.

Can you use on the end of an exhaust tube that goes out the chimney ? I have carbon filter at the intake but need a screen at exhaust end

No will restrict air flow too much

Does this block light?

It does for the most part. If you add a bend in your tubing it will totally block light.

Does not need replacements it is non removal…u can take it off and clean it
