Not Brilliant
It is the best Patella support my husband who after having used various ones including the bionic ones with a gap in the middle. He finds that it to be very comfortable with twin belt as it is easier to tighten to a comfortable level as opposed to the one belt which he used for about 2 years with a single Velcro, which involved a lot of tugging and pulling with none of Velcro to avoid leaving an exposed area causing constant irritation. He believes, it is a fantastic product and he is sold on it to never go back on the single Velcro albeit more expensive than the single Velcro Patella support.

Gallant Patella Strap
I am really pleased with this strap. Been wearing it from day one and no pain. Had injury to my knee and suffer daily. The price was very good to so will probably buy a spare.It is very tiny and not in the road so wearing not a problem.

Weak Velcro.
Did the job for awhile. Velcro needs to be on both surfaces.Velcro strip attaches to the material itself not a Velcro patch.So after a while material ends up with nothing for the Velcro hooks to hook into.

great support to the knees
I bought it in summer 2017, it helped me a lot with my knee pain, i still miss it as i lost the pair I bought and I will buy it again

Helped my knee (collapsed insoles)
Not sure if it does much but its helped my knee from hurting. I have slightly collapsed insoles and one knee was starting to hurt on long runs. bought this and the problem has stopped but I'm not sure if it's due to this or my increased consciousness of the problem making me run with better form. Either way it has helped either physically or mentally.
