What an amazing gift!
I was bought this as a gift from my hub. I must admit I was totally unimpressed when I opened it, but after using for a couple of weeks I'm left wondering what I did without it! I have used it for over a year and it is amazing. Strong and tardis like, I can cram loads in with room to spare. I love the design feature of the holes for yarn in the top which allows me to craft while on the move without my yarn rolling all over the place. I can also pop my crochet hooks through them when packing away so they don't get lost. The front pockets are so useful too. Great, can you tell I'm a fan!

Great bag but it could be super if - - -
I had already bought similar bags in two colours. Buying this particular bag meant I had another colour.Compared with the bags I already have this bag is thicker and once unpacked will stand up when empty. The handle and slots are identical in strength and size as the other makes but this bag is approximately two inches less in height. The lid is firmer of course as the fabric is thicker so does not bulge as the other bags do when full. The 7 inch deep pocket on the side is wide enough for my whole hand to enter. Convenient for a tape measure and two or three of my beloved circular needles probable in slim plastic bags so they don't uncoil. In fact you could put a knitter's zip up wallet in it.I wish the bag was the same height as the others as standard length knitting needles would need to be placed slantwards in the bag - if the bag is not crammed full then this probably would not matter. Using the bag for crochet or knitting with circular or short needles it is great. There is a small flatter pocket but I'd have to take care what I put in it as even my longest fingers cannot reach within 3 inches of the bottom of the pocket. I could slide a ruler or ruler shaped knitting needle gauge in this pocket though and not lose it the bottom. There are three tubular holders just under six inches high presumably for knitting needles but though I might rest needles in these whilst I was actualy knitting on others I feel too much needle would protruding if the bag was carried about with needles in the holders.Great bag but another couple of inches in height would make it a super bab

LoveArtsCrafts knitting bag for yarn etc
I am so very pleased with this knitting bag for yarn etc. I did some searching which found me this bag. I'm glad I did search. Nearly bought a different one, but the reviews put me off. This bag is really good quality, perfect for my knitting, which I've just taken up again. I haven't done any knitting for 30yrs plus. There are enough compartments for my needs, lots of room internally for wool etc. It has a carrying handle and slots for your wool. This saves your wool going everywhere and keeps it clean too. The bag isn't huge, but it is perfect for me, so functional. I'm over the moon with my purchase. Highly recommended.

Good item. Bad service from Royal Mail
The yarn bag is fine. It's sturdy, decently well made, with many pockets, inside and outside, for all your knitting accesories. I think it is of higher quality than similar ones I saw in Amazon and elsewhere. That's why I bought it.The delivery process, however, was quite dissapointing. This is not the fault of the manufacturer, but rather of Thomo Products Ltd. (the seller) and Amazon's. Or, to be precise, of Royal Mail, the carrier chosen by Amazon. I bought the bag on Jan. 13th. The first delivery estimate was Jan. 18-20 (not bad). The bag was actually dispatched on Jan 19th (from Germany). The tracking number provided by Thomo Products was not recognized by Royal Mail's system. I got an error every time I tried. Then, the delivery day was delayed to Jan. 27th. But it didn't arrive. The estimated delivery date was again changed to Jan. 31st. On Jan. 29th I checked 'my orders' and it said that delivery had been attempted the 28th (I wasn't home). However Royal Mail didn't leave a card (??) so I couldn't go and pick it up. I had to rescheduled delivery for Feb. 1st. Despite that, on Jan. 31st, apparently another delivery was attempted because this time I did get a card. So, finally, I could go to the Post Office and pick it up myself.Dismal service from Royal Mail (and Thomo Products), I must say.

It's Bigger On The Inside...
This arrived yesterday and is already stuffed full or yarn and in use. I had 3 bags of yarn and thought I might get only half in but this bag was like a TARDIS and everything just went in. I also managed to get my current project (blanket) on top as the zip and hood add a little more storage height. The pockets on the front are enough to get my hook pouch, small notebook, two pairs of scissor and I still have one small slot free. The slots have a good amount of space but aren't so flimsy that everything flies out. The bag seems to be very well made, I really have stuffed it full and there is no sign of seams protesting. Overall very pleased with this.

Excellent bag for crafters
Fantastic bag for crochet lovers! Holds loads, looks good and great for projects you're currently working on as you can feed the yarn through the top. A big internal pocket would be an added bonus for holding patterns aside from that I love it! Also has pockets for holding hooksI loved my own one so much I bought a second as a gift for a fellow crafter!

Very handy and robust.
Very handy. Well made and robust with a lot of room for a number of balls/skeins. It also holds my roll of needles and if I know I'm cabling on the project the front slots are very useful. The strap is adjustable and can be made quite long so it should fit all users. There are two holes at the top which are protected by rubber where you can feed your wool through. The bag then effectively works like a wool bowl but the protection around the holes means that your wool is not rubbing or fraying.
