Great speed ropes
I love my Velites rope and have replaced the cable a few times - this is because I sometimes jump outside and paved or concrete surfaces will eventually wear out the cable - jump on gym floor mats to avoid this. It's super easy to replace the cable and unlike other ropes I have had, you can use the cable straight out of the box - no kinking.I use this rope for speed and double-unders ... it's not really as suitable in my opinion for freestyle & trick jumps as it is a fairly rigid cable, but it is fabulous for DUBsThe mechanism for adjusting rope length is really perfect - simple tool built into the handle - excellent product.
