Highly recommended
This SIMBR wrist blood pressure monitor is good and convenient to use. Instructions are very clear and I suggest to read it from "Requests from Manufacturer" point. This would help to understand that reading are accurate if the wrist cuff fasten 5-10 min before measurements to allow blood vessels relax after colder object contacted the skin. If you want to repeat measurements, wait again for minimum 5min with fasten wrist band and being relaxed. I have seen people ignored these simple instructions and blamed device for wrong reading. Monitor during its use I always keep on the same level as my heart. This blood pressure monitor have functions to save results of two different users with date and time from many measurements, recover the information when needed or delete it. I don't need this function but for people who suffer from high blood pressure it's very valuable. Measurements can be done quickly and with no efforts. My wife is a main user off the monitor and she likes it. In addition, I would like to mention device's small dimensions and very handy plastic storage case.

Good value - Easy to Use
This device is simple to use, and as far as I can tell, (my doctor might disagree), seems to give an accurate reading for blood pressure and pulse. As unfortunately nowadays I need to do this, I have found it very helpful - apart from anything else allowing me frequent readings - instead of the six monthly reading during my medical reviews. This is good value and I would strongly recommend it for anyone needing to monitor their blood pressure on a regular basis.

Good monitor, great service.
I bought this about 4 months ago but I have only just got around to testing it at the Docs. The first time I tested it I was surprised - one number was exact, the other just one mmHg higher. Tested it again (had to take it off and put it on again) it was about six mmHg out on both numbers compared to the doctor's one.I'm no expert, but I think being 6mmHg higher at worst is close enough to give you a good idea where your BP is on any given day. Better also that it reads a bit higher not lower than the 'real' BP, I think.Battery life seems remarkable - bought new batteries within a fortnight of purchase, didn't need them for a couple of months. The only negatives are the display - the dates and times become gobbledegook over time, so as far as a 'record' goes you have the BP numbers - great, but with no real idea when any of them were. It's better to write them down in the old fashioned way. Still, I'm happy enough with it overall.Edit October 2017.Shortly after I reviewed this it broke down, just went dead. One of the battery terminals started to move, though maybe it always did but I'm not sure. It was roughly 3 months outside the last return by date. I had hoped to return it for repair. To my delight and surprise they very politely offered to send me a replacement without returning the old one. Even better, I was amazed when it arrived the very next day.I just wanted to add this, and bump my review up a star, because I was delighted with the service I received from this seller as well as being happy with the product.

Superb Home use device
I am very happy with this Blood pressure monitor, although it does say for home use only and is not a medical grade instrument, I am lucky enough to have a "Pet" health care practitioner who helped compare my readings with hers and I was glad to see they were almost the same readings. My wife and I can record our seperate results and check the history individually as there are 2 seperate memories. It is important to try to keep the wrist at heart level when taking readings and to keep quite still until the machine has finished. The cuff is quite comfortable and does not squeeze as tightly as the medical upper arm bands do. I do have a mild heart condition so if this unit gives me any cause to worry I will feel quite justified in calling the Doctor straight away.

First rate product, excellent price
This I like a lot -- matches the quality of units sold for twice the price or more in Boots or Lloyds or wherever, and the date and time feature is an unexpected bonus that makes tracking readings so much easier. It can't do anything to control high blood pressure, obviously, but it helps to be able to keep an eye out in case medical intervention is called for!
