Q: Can this be hooked up only using the yellow ACC wire and the ground and not using the red constant power wire at all?

Q: What if the cars fuses are all active? the 2020 mazda cx-30 has all fuses hot.

Highly doubt all the fuses are always hot, but did you try other fuse panels? some cars have 2-3.
