Q: Is this eyeliner truly waterproof?

I think this is a good eyeliner after film formation stays on throughout the day. Glides on pretty smooth and doesn't smudge. Not to lose the big brands, I will continue. The complimentary pencil sharpener is easy to use and I would recommend them.

Q: I’m having issues trying to sharpen it. Is there a trick when I twist it in my sharpener it does not get a shave the wood.

I'm having the same issue,the tip keeps breaking😲 I'm going to try putting it in the freezer before sharpening and make sure the sharpener is new & or sharp,not rusted and for this purpose and free of pencil by using a tip with alcohol on it and or very hot water...Hope this helps😊
