Good basic type phone with decent extras .
It's a good phone for someone to use for making and receiving calls. It was bought as a gift and they are delighted with it .Easy to set up especially if you've had straight forward mobiles in the past. We had to turn down the volume as there was a bit interference which was sorted by the volume button on the side .Good size buttons speaking numbers or contact menu.Good basic phone with instructions in the box.Added SOS button which I don't believe you could accidently press. You hold it 3 seconds it calls your 5 people in your SOS logged numbers which is good one after the other till someone answers or the phone battery flattens .The handset tells you its been pressed to cancell you press it another 3 seconds .We are on pay as you go with credit on .I beleive any network will work as its unlocked .It accepts 2 sims but it works with one The battery charges in the cradle supplied or just the lead in the bottom of the phone . Hope you find this helpful .

Great phone four hard of hearing
Purchased this for my father who is very hard of hearing indeed. It was relatively easy to set up, takes to Sim cards should you need it, and most importantly it has a loud ringtone and he can hear people when they call. Totally recommended.

Let down by poor sounding earpiece
While it is quite a nice phone I have had to return it due to a very poor earpiece, Don't know if this was a 'one off' but the speech coming through the earpiece was very muffled. I thought at first that this was because my elderly mother had very poor hearing but alas when I tried it she was correct. The sound was very poor. It had a very loud ringtone which was great. Think I'll try the Geemarc cl8500 allbeit is a bit more expensive.

Lovely phone but not the loudest
I tried 3 phones for my 91 year old mother, choosing ones that came with a cradle, were not clamshell, and were designed for the elderly. I really liked this phone, but it's speakerphone volume and clarity were not as high as the Uniwa V808G (which I ended up buying) or the Artfone CS182 (which does not have a speakerphone, only high volume on the ordinary speaker). However the downside of teh Uniwa is it's keyboard input method requires multiple keystrokes so it's great on clarity, but dreadful for texting etc..

Perfect for Hard of Hearing
This phone has been a life line for my 93 year old Mum who is in a nursing home.We are unable to visit her at present so this is the only point of communication with her.She is very hard of hearing but the amplification on this phone is impressive and she can hear us, Thank you 🙏

Tinny at high amplification.
Probably a decent phone, easy to set up and use but this was bought for a hard of hearing elderly person and when amplified to the appropriate level, speech just became too tinny and difficult to distinguish words clearly. Shame. It was returned with no quibble from Amazon.

Poor quality and confusing to use
Not impressed with this one. I bought it for an elderly friend. The operation is not intuitive and has few useful features. It frequently switches itself off and so proves to be pretty much useless.

Geemarc CL8360- Amplified Mobile Phone - Very easy to use
Thank you the mobile phone ordered for my mother arrived safely and on time. After setting up the phone for my mother who has dementia and is hard of hearing i then showed her how to use it, the phone is very easy to use and a good size for an older person, numbers are large and easy to see along with a large digital screen. I was looking for a phone that looked similar to a landline handset for use in a care home where there are no phones in the rooms.I contacted the manufacturer via the question & answer section and they were very helpful and answered all of my questions very quickly.Thank you
