Poor quality, great customer service.
Update-After posting my initial review I was contacted by a customer service representative. I explained the issues with product regarding the poor weld and sharp edges and was issued a replacement. The replacement arrived with a better weld, however still maintained sharp edges. I informed the customer service representative and was issued a full refund.Great customer service.Poor quality product. Made with sharp edges. The steel is poor quality.Returned.

Just the right size for scooping Muesli and other dry Storecupboard items.
Basic pair of lightweight metal scoops and the right sort of kitchen size I was looking for - scoops either seem to be far too tiny, or massive.These scoops hold around 70 - 75g muesli, about the same weight of dog food kibble, dry almonds, or about 100g flour, granulated sugar or rice.Scoop barrel measures around 4" long, 2.5" wide at its widest part, graduating to 2" at the end, averaging about 1" deep. Handle is just over 3" long with a diameter of 0.5," soldered on to the barrel and capped off at the end. The finish on mine is as illustrated in the product pic, not roughly done, functional, but no bells or whistles. The product description says they're stainless steel but these feel more like a light alloy, and I wouldn't put these in a dishwasher - the finish on them wouldn't survive.They probably would scoop ice cream, but only if the ice cream is 'soft scoop' - there isn't a lot of substance in the construction of these scoops.With everyday light domestic use these should last a lot better than the empty yoghurt pots I'd been using as scoops, as well as looking a lot smarter.I'll update on their performance over time, but for now, three stars, which I'll upgrade to four if they last reasonably well.

Not very good
Poorly made and difficult to use because of angle of the scoop. Everything just falls out. Very disappointed.

Suitable for our requirements at our club to stop bar staff using glasses to scoop ice.
