Get these - forget the cheap alternatives. Completely waterproof, comfy, well made and surprisingly durable.I'm bit of a fussy git. I needed a set of waterproofs for gardening work that weren't too bulky yet fairly robust. This set from 33k feet met and exceeded my needs.I wore them for the first time for approx 9hrs in continual rain ranging from drizzle to downpour. I was bone dry come home time. They obviously kept the rain out while allowing me body to breathe.As a bonus the trousers especially held up to me hauling clippings, pushing between bushes. If you're just out for a stroll or walking the dog these will serve you well.

It's very good at keeping you dry, couple of little things the hood came over my eyes when done up(couldn't see where I was going) and an elastic waistband as well as the tie would be better

Bought this a while back and finally put it to the test. Sadly, it failed.Despite being labelled “waterproof”, it couldn’t handle proper rain. After 10 minutes in heavy weather, I was absolutely drenched underneath. Might be fine for drizzle or very light showers, but definitely not for anything more serious. And no photo proof this time – my phone’s still drying...The set is also much heavier than expected and not very compact. Even when folded into the carry bag, it takes up more space than you'd think. Not ideal for hiking or travel if you’re trying to pack light.Pros:Looks fineMight work for light drizzleReflective bits are a nice touchCons:Not waterproof in real rainHeavy and bulkyPoor packabilityDisappointing overall.
