I understand my dogs are black, but the picture sent is completely unusable because there is no detail in the diamond painting on the faces. It is literally blacked out. I never got an email or notification that the picture was too dark and I wasn't able to upload more than one photo for them to choose a more appropriate picture. Im not sure what I'm supposed to do with this item now as it is unusable. There isn't even colors included for me to make up their faces on my own to rectify it myself.Update: seller has contacted me to submit a new picture. I will revise my review once I get the new product.Edit: I received my new poster. While you can see my animals faces in this one, since they received my picture as an attached file to my reply, they did not fit the picture to the size I ordered. They just filled it with brown diamonds. So the 17.5x17.5 I paid for is a 10x17.5.

This ain't it

The product I ordered said it was 20x16 INCHES the whole piece of the cloth is like an 8x10 photo which a large part is just the color guide. The product is much smaller than I anticipated. AND LABELED AS CENTIMETERS ON THE CLOTH. I FEEL RIPPED OFF AND THIS WAS A GIFT FOR MY DAD WHO JUST FINISHED CANCER TREATMENTS.
