Cuckoo will only do it's job if you wind the fingers anti clockwise past the hour.
I'm quite happy with the clock, what I find amusing is that the cuckoo doesn't come out on the hour going clockwise but if you wind the fingers back by hand it comes out and makes it's call.🤣 Cheers John.

Don’t bother
Bought this to replace a clock I bought few year back, it was £10 cheaper… this well, it’s so rubbish and looks rubbish and I’m disappointed at £40 I think I’m sending it back, same company but nowhere near a replica, it’s junk!!
