They work
For the price they work good. I got these because I couldn't get the industrial rated gloves. They're thick and impair your dexterity a little bit, But that's to be expected. When I melt copper I still have to be pretty quick with the gloves because the heat creeps in pretty quick. I just throw them in my garage freezer in between pouring crucibles and that seems to help the heat from getting in a little bit longer. And so far it seems like they've been holding up pretty decently.

They just fall apart!
Bought the gloves to handle extreme heat and they did for the first 3 times i wore them. The gloves are such a coarse fiberglass weave that the poor job stitching them doesn’t hold them together. All the seams except for 3 have come apart causing the heat to get in the gloveand burn my hand. (I only need to use the left glove). They ended up in the garbage before they even got dirty. Save yourself the money and buy another glove rated for this heat level

The gloves are very resistant to heat
I use these gloves mainly for removing hot items from the oven. You can pick up bakeware at 400 degrees F from the oven and feel no heat in the gloves.

They are NOT 2000F effective
I bought these to be able to handle moving wood in the fireplace. I had a regular pair of welding gloves that lasted 4 years with no issues. This time I "upgraded" to gloves that I thought would be even more effective. 3 times the money, I received in November, and it's now 12/1 and the right hand burnt right through. I had to throw them away.

Love the heat protection wish they were more cut resistant.

Fabric wears quickly.
Product did not last. Bought to protect hands while pouring molten aluminum in an industrial setting (1400 degrees). The weave started fraying within a couple of hours. Handle on ladle was smooth with no sharp edges. Heat protection worked until fabric developed a hole. Not recommended for constant use.
