I was seriously skeptical about a product like this, I didnt think it would remove algae very effectively, however it did an extremely good job for me and I would recommend this as a first step to a really clean patio.Be careful when laying it down, it does go slippy until it soaks in. So take care with your safety when spraying it, but it took about 2 hours or so to soak in my patio.I have also done my Inlaws with this also, this will be the true test to see if I got lucky, as their patio was a lot worse than mine.

This stuff is fantastic . I had loads of green stuff growing up my fence on my concrete gravel boards and my decking and patio... I sprayed on lightly at midday and by the next day it had all gone, was sprayed on a cold day in January. 100% recommend
