I like that this has no stimulants but gives a good pump and recovery

I have bought this regularly as few times and will continue to do so. It gives you the boost you need to workout, without caffeine, so ideal for afternoon/evenings.

Great caffeine free pre-workout, even better shaker.

I don’t feel the boost as much as pre workouts with caffeine, however needed something stim free to use in the evenings that didn’t keep me awake at night. The taste is amazing, one of the nicest I’ve tried. It’s also kind of fizzy which I like.

For me i just could not get on with this product. May just be my personal body reaction . used as instructed but my upper body reacted in like an intense itchy/cold sweats.very uncomfortable so i gave it away to friends.Sorry

Needed a non-stim pre-workout for the evening gym, does the job pretty well.I get that "itch" and focus that I normally get from pre-workout but I can also sleep like a baby at night.The bottle is nice too, I don't use it as a protein shaker though.
