Gillette Venus Embrace Snap Razor

I think the description is a little bit wrong but you gat exactly what’s in the picture and I just love this razor also it’s very good for the price and couldn’t find any cheaper x

It's small and compact and comes with a travel case. It works with all the other Venus razor heads. However, the larger heads wouldn't fit will in the travel case. The handle feels good in your hand and you are able to navigate areas like ankles and knees easily. I still use my regular Venus razor for daily shaving and keep this one in my weekend bag. It's perfect for traveling.

Owning a normal sized venus razor I needed a smaller one to take on holiday. This did the trick and was surprisingly easier to use than the full-sized one.The fact that it comes in its own little carry case is really handy and therefore safer and more practical.Great little product and would buy again when needed.

I like the size and portability of this razor but using it took a bit of practice. Perhaps easier with smaller hands!

Needed blue case and a white razor handle, received new version...Well, it's ok but then had to go and buy at Boots blue oneIt's a great razor! Three best I've used and as it has a case it's great for storing and travelling!

Not a close enough shave!

I bought it for my daughter when she went on holiday- I had the same and really liked its shape (very comfortable to hold,)

I love this razor. For some reason I prefer the grip on it to the regular ones as it’s wider. Also, as it’s short, I feel like I have more control over it so less cuts.

The small size does not hamper the shaving ability. What makes it special is its case. The case drains any water, and holds the razor out of puddles -- my old razors would often get ruined by sitting in the soap holder which would blow out all the moisturizing strips, etc. Its also great for traveling in its little case I can throw it into my travel toiletries bag and not worry about anything getting nicked by the razor.

Partiamo dal presupposto che non utilizzerei mai questo articolo come rasoio abituale, per questa funzione trovo che sia troppo piccolo e poco ergonomico, a mio avviso il Venus snap nasce come rasoio da viaggio o per emergenze fuori casa. La confezione, in plastica rigida, è compatta è facilmente trasportabile e le dimensioni del rasoio, come potete notare in foto sono veramente ridotte. Il corpo è in plastica più rigida esternamente e più morbida al tatto nel punto dell'impugnatura, la testina, intercambiabile, presenta 5 lame, e la rasatura è perfetta. L'unica pecca che posso riscontrate è nell'impugnatura, dovuta soprattutto alle dimensioni, che rende difficile una depilazione completa in alcune zone, come ad esempio le ascelle. Però ripeto non credo che nasca con la funzione di rasoio da uso quotidiano, o per lo meno io non ne faccio questo uso. Ormai è il mio fidato rasoio da viaggio, per rifinire la ricrescita post ceretta quando sono al mare. Per questo scopo è veramente ottimo, occupa pochissimo spazio ed è veramente utile. Certo le ricariche delle lamette non sono economiche, ma se non utilizzato costantemente non ve ne occorreranno molte e ogni tanto si può fare.

Je dois parfois même le chercher dans mon sac!!Le gros plus de la marque Venus... toutes les lames sont interchangeables sur TOUS les modèles. . Tellement agréable et économique!Plus besoin d'avoir trois modeles différents et autant de lames .. je recommande d'ailleurs les SENSITIVE. . Un régal pour la peau

Ich hab mich schon seit Jahren für Venus Gillette bei der Rasur entschieden und habe bereits zwei normale Rasierer und verschiedene Klingen. Ich habe vorher alle möglichen anderen Marken probiert, sowie Einweg und auch Männerrasierer. Auf Grund des teuren Preises aber nie Gillette. Ich habe mich gefragt, was ist so toll daran, dass es diesen Preis rechtfertigt? Es ist schließlich nur ein Rasierer. Aber dann habe ich mal einen gewonnen und benutze seit dem nichts anderes. Kein anderes System macht bei mir so glatte Haut und wirklich komplett haarfrei. Ich schneide mich auch extrem selten. Selbst an schwierigen Stellen, wie Knie, Knöcheln, Ferse. Auch die Achsel lässt sich prima rasieren und selbst Bikini und Intimbereich. Ich denke es liegt an den 5 Klingen und den Gelstreifen, die wirklich eine saubere, sanfte und gründliche Rasur ermöglichen. Außerdem kann man zu jedem Rasiererkörper jede beliebige Klinge benutzen. Das störte mich an anderen Systemen total. Es gibt bei vielen nur eine einzige Klinge, ansonsten muss gleich einen neuer Rasierer gekauft werden.Nun zu diesem speziellen Produkt: super geeignet für Urlaub, Kurzreisen oder sonstige Nutzung unterwegs. Leider gibt es für die großen Rasierer gar keinen Schutz. Deshalb kam es schon öfters vor, dass ich mir unterwegs die Haut an den Fingern abgeschürft habe, weil ich in die Klinge gegriffen habe. Dieses Problem ist hiermit gelöst, weil zu dem Rasierer eine kleine blaue Plastikbox gehört, die das verhindert. Der Rasierer rastet ein und kann auch nicht in der Box hin und her fliegen. Das schützt Hände und andere Gegenstände im Gepäck. Die Box verfügt über Luftlöcher, so dass Restfeuchtigkeit entweichen kann und nichts schimmelt. Nass sollte man den Rasierer aber nicht dazu tun. Wie auch sonst sollte man den Rasierer nach der Reinnigung grob abtrocknen, damit sich kein Schimmel bildet und man lange etwas davon hat.Der Rasierer selbst ist halb so groß, wie normale Gillette Venus Modelle. Er verfügt über das gleiche Anstecksystem und Klingen lassen sich so leicht austauschen. Selbst wenn der Rasierer mal herunterfällt, bleibt die Klinge im Normalfall dran. Auch die Beweglichkeit des Kopfes ist genau gleich gut. Durch ein flexibles Gelenk passt sich die Klinge der Körperkontur perfekt an. Einziger Unterschied ist die Länge und Breite des Griffes. Der Snap ist 7cm und eher wie ein Knopf geformt. Man muss sich etwas umgewöhnen, die normale Rasurhaltung ist hier nicht möglich. Man kann durch die Breite und Gummierung des Griffes aber trotzdem auch im nassen Zustand guten Halt finden und alle Stellen gut erreichen. Ich kann im Intimbereich sogar besser rasieren, weil dort ein langer Griff eher stört.Fazit: tolles Produkt. Genau richtig für unterwegs, praktisch und funktional. Qualitativ genauso gut wie andere Rasierer der Marke und von mir eine klare Kaufempfehlung! Im Urlaub kommt ab sofort nur noch der Snap ins Gepäck! :-)
