Low/no effectiveness, staggering price for what it is
Low power alkaline treatment, maybe ok in the septic tank itself but if you have a real clog or drainage problem in your lines, you need a powerful root killer (contains potassium hydroxide and sodium hydroxide) for your leach lines, or something like a Liquid Drano product (many options, all powerful alkaline). Buy enough to be useful, I used 2.5 gal liquid and 10 pounds root killer granules. These are best applied downstream of the tank of course, followed up by a "septic shock" bacteria treatment. Both of these were effective at removing both the black slime blocking drainage, I tried each separately in two blocked lines. This product did nothing and I found the same chemicals at 20% of their price from other sources if used as a maintenance additive.

Try before paying thousands for new lines!
We live on a hill and had a wet spot in the backyard. The normal damp spot at the bottom of the hill had dried out so we knew we had a problem. Debated on calling a septic company or trying this product. We had out septic pumped out then put the entire bucket into the line that went to the distribution box. We put it in a little at a time followed with water to wash it through. Within a week we had no wet spot in the yard. The wet spot at the bottom of the hill was damp again. It’s been 3 weeks and still no problems in the backyard. I’d recommend trying this product before spending thousands on having new lines installed!

Works better than I ever could have imagined. Within days the lateral lines started working again, the ground around the lines is absorbing the water.

It has always worked fo me
Product is great have used it for years it sinks to the bottom to get to the root of the problem so to speak unlike most others that float. A cup down the toilet once a month is all you need. I did start with a cup put into to the first chamber of my septic In the beginning. I have found It also works to clean toilet lines

Didn't really work.
I can't see down in the the tank but it didn't open the leek lines as I hoped it would have.

Seems to be working well. Definitely worked in tub drain. Will have better idea after a winter.
