I have dark brown hair and I used copper. It really works great on my hair especially in the sun! My hair looks really smooth and the copper makes my hair look like it glows in the sun!

I wouldn’t. This type of henna does not harden and would make a terrible mess of linen and your skin if left on while sleeping, however tight you put the plastic protective hair cap on. Sorry.
