I was really impressed by the quality of this. It has been a lifesaver for our family member. The only thing is the sensitivity meter can be tricky. The fall meter goes off easily. Other than that though it works great!

Less than 1 star. Big and clunky and set up was not easy. Never used it and took weeks to be refunded. Received calls to the device that were not ours. Submitted for return within a couple days of setup. Customer service was outsourced and very difficult to communicate. Hated the whole experience. My elderly parent could not use this and that was the whole point of ordering it.

Eady to use

I can’t say enough good things about this watch. It gives our family freedom and allows us to know what my mom needs are. Their customer service is the best. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who has an elderly family member wanting to keep their independence. This company went the extra mile to make sure my family was satisfied with the product.

This seemed like a good option, but it was difficult to set up, the instructions were vague. I called Customer Service for assistance and left on hold for an excessive period, so I hung up. The third of calling with waiting I called Tech Support and discovered that telephone number was a “ non working” number. So I returned the device.

Got this for my husband who has hydrocephalus and is prone to falls. Set up was easy and pricing was reasonable. The monthly fee is well worth my peace of mind.We selected this SOS wrist unit because it auto dials and auto answers if the emergency button is pushed. We also like the GPS tracking feature. We do not need a gio fence at this time, but if we ever do, it is nice to know we have the capability.My husband pushed the number 2 button by mistake on the 2nd day he wore the unit. It almost instantaneously called my niece. She checked to make sure he had not fallen and did not need medical assistance. Then she called me to say how great it worked.I would definitely purchase from this store if we ever needed another unit. I am very satisfied with this unit and the services it provides.

Had this device for 4 days. Could never get it to work! Called the company several times, was on the phone with their support team several times, trying everything to get it to work, it would not connect to network or GPS. Then when it decided to cancel, it was a long process. Plus they don't tell you if you decide to cancel the service, you must do so within 15 days of activation of the plan or they charge you $99. Then if you don't return the watch, they charge you $125. So buyer beware!

Great! But I still haven’t used it yet! Sorry will give review after I set up my plan for this watch!
