Overall, I would rate VADE Nutrition’s Dissolvable Pre-Workout Packs an 8/10. Its packaging was simple enough, a bag that held the actual packs was placed inside of the one you see in the description. This was nice considering health/safety protocols and contamination, so that things were double covered in case anything spilled, as well as for odor and such to keep things in. I honestly think the little pre-workout packs are really cute and compact. They were simple enough to use: I placed a rainbow candy flavored one (red/pink color) in an 8oz cup of room temperature water, let it sit for a few minutes, stirred it with a spoon, and viola, good to go. In terms of flavor, I was genuinely a little bummed. I was really hoping for a strong candy flavor in terms of the “rainbow candy” and “sour gummy,” but it had a bit of a “foggy texture” if that makes sense. It both has the look, as well as almost a faded taste, or, maybe if you could imagine there being a coating? I just felt like it could’ve been sweeter, more sour, or something. Also, I personally prefer my drinks chilled, so in this case, the product isn't the best for those like me either considering you have to continue to mix it properly, and if you wait for it to cool down, it will separate. I haven't attempted to put it in the fridge despite this and try to re-mix it, but I've checked other online reviews and their own instructions, and basically, it may not work anyway. I'm still going to try to see if it's a method that could work for me to not waste anything, but we shall see. Lastly, in terms of odor, I actually thought they smelled amazing, which is why I was bummed when I found out they didn’t taste as strong as the smell they gave off. I definitely think it's a great supplement if you're looking for a new pre-workout method, but considering the $35 pricing, I would make sure it’s something you like before you commit. Considering there’s about a month’s supply in the bag, and they’re probably worth about $0.75-$1.00 a piece, I understand the price in one way, but I wish there was a cheaper option if you buy it in bulk quantities or on the subscription plan, but otherwise, I don't think the pricing was too bad if it works well for you and you enjoy the mixture. The flavor is nasty, regardless of adjust water mix, and the value is definitely not worth it. Maybe for gym beginners needing something super light. This gives no pump and is not worth the money they charge. Maybe a value of 15$ if that. And it gives you bubble guts can’t even workout to busy in the bathroom. I don’t recommend this at all, I’ve used other supplements that are better and sticking with that. But there will be those people who will still buy this so good luck to you.

I started itching terribly around my eyes and lips. Then my tongue. Then I got the shakes really bad. Tried it again the next day to make sure it was this product. It was the same. So I know not to use it. It taste good though. Im just allergic.

Product was easy to use and gave me a boost of energy without making me feel jittery. I've been using it to replace my afternoon cup of coffee and it's been doing a good job giving me a pick-me-up. One of the biggest thing's I've liked about it is that it doesn't upset my stomach which a lot of supplements do.

Not only do these taste great but gave me the energy to get through my HIIT workout. These preworkout packs also make it very convenient to carry with me at work and running errands before my workout.

The flavor is great and the pod design eliminates the mess and hassle of regular scoop powder. Just toss in, shake and go!

The packet dissolves great, but the pre workout flavor is horrible. I could not finish it.
