Yes. The upper band is a Velcro.

My shoe size is 10. What size in this AFO do i purchase?

I have a large . My shoe size is a 12. There is a chart on the order page . If you are male it says medium for shoe size 8- 10.5

Can I get replacement bands? If so, where can I purchase them?

Hey that's a great question and to be honest with you I've never actually tried but what I did do is take the Velcro strap from one of my old ski boots and wrap that around as my strap since the one that originally came with the AFO crapped out. If that seems like it might be a solution you can probably find a strap in a sporting goods store bitely here on Amazon.

Need sizing chart/recommendations: what size to order for a men's size 10 shoe?

I ordered size large for shoe size 10 shoe. I allows room for padding under cuff if needed.
