Good ¾” BSP tank elbow to 20mm i/d flex hose
The Cost Wise ¾” to 20mm flexi hose elbows connect together my two rain water tanks, overflowing out the ¾” BSP tapped outlet in the top of the first into the similarly tapped nominal drain hole at the base of the other.Adjusting thickness of the rubber sealing washer allows the elbow to be pointed in the right direction.Disconnecting the smooth-bore flexi hose at the top elbow also allows for easy drain down of the second tank to a gully on the far side of the first in frosty weather.

Before I fitted this the water went in straight, now it goes in at a right angle. This has transformed my life.OK, it works, can't really say any more.

Not the right size
The pipe was supposed to be 19 mm but the flex pipe would not fit as it was slightly smaller. Had to youse sealer to get it to stop leaking. Would not buy again.
