Avana Farmhouse Fireplace Mantel - Handcrafted Wood, 72" x 8" x 5" - Espresso Finish

I manage a 400-unit apartment community and we recently added this mantel to a few of our units that were missing them. It’s honestly a night and day difference compared to the basic white mantels they originally had. This one has a much more custom, high-end look and really elevates the space. The quality is great, and it instantly made the living room feel warmer and more finished. Definitely worth it if you’re going for a more upscale vibe.

Looks great!It is easy to install but the dry paint may smear a little bit on your wall if you rub it up against the wall a lot while getting the height right and getting it in place. I'd recommend wiping it down before rubbing it on the wall.

This mantel is just what we needed. It is massive and very sturdy. It arrived well packaged and didn’t seem to be hard to install at all. I love the color and the size. It is the perfect mantel for our entertainment wall. I am obsessed!

Arrived with cracks and chips and damage love the color and look of it however really wish it wasn't damaged ***update the customer service was great and they sent a replacement that looks awesome with no damage!

Junk. Installed as per directions. Will not stay flush up against the wall. RUINED our wall!!! See pictures.Need to return/refund!

My wife wanted to update our look in our front room. One of these updates was to replace the mantle. I was really reluctant to do it because I thought it would be a hassle and cause more repair work to drywall etc. Tye most difficult part of removing the mantle i was replacing because I was not entirely certain of the installation method.Once it was off, the process of putting the new one on was simple. I would recommend measuring everything two to three times to ensure the support piece is mounted in the correct spot. Once the support piece w a mounted, the rest was extremely easy. I suggest having a helper to hold things in place so nothing moves when anchoring your screws. Have fun!

I received the first mantle and it was very damaged. I easily asked for a replacement and it came quickly, but it is also not right. I realize it is natural wood and it is beautiful, however, there is an area that looks like some of the stain was dripped onto the front. It is also not uniform, one side is much lighter than the other. I ordered the espresso color the first two times, so have tried a 3rd time with the grey to see if maybe it looks better. It should be here next week, hopefully it is better and I will return the others. If not I will decide what to do. Settle for the uneven stain? Or try another company? For $200 I feel like the quality should be a lot better than it is since the wood is very cheap pine, they should at least be able to get the stain right. It is exactly what I need for my fireplace that is under construction so I wish I could get one that isnt damaged.
