Q: Do they make a replacement lid that actually allows you to pour out with the lid on so it doesn't get all over the place?

As long as it's actually blended it should pour nicely out with the cap removed. The cap is purely for while it's being blended

Q: Does this item work as a juicer? e.g. Can I make celery juice with this product?

I do make celery juice in it. The best part is that this machine "pulverizes" the pulp, thereby keeping ALL the nutrients. In this way, I find it better than a juicer.
