These are such a good and sturdy material, I don’t feel like they will rip when closing the compression side. They are perfect for carry on or a big suitcase, you can make them fit really well based on what you need.

I'm a pretty efficient packer, so I never saw the need for cubes before. But decided to get these after a friend raved about how much she loved them.I used them for a five day trip last month and I can't really say they saved a ton of space, but the compression did make some difference. I was able to fit the large, medium, and two small cubes into a carry on suitcase, with room for my tablet, toiletry bag, and an extra pair of shoes. But the convenience was far more impressive than the compression..For the first night in a hotel on the road, I packed just what I needed for that night and the next day in one small cube. It was so easy just to pull that one cube with everything I needed out if the suitcase, then put the dirties back in that cube to keep them separate.When we got to our destination, since I had put all of my PJs, socks, and underwear in a small cube, I just unzipped it and sat it in a drawer, no unpacking needed. The rest of my clothes, including a cartagan sweater, fit in the large and medium cubes. And it was very nice having the cubes to separate the clothes I'd worn from the clean ones in my suitcase for the trip home.Like other reviewers said, the compression zipper will get stuck in the fabric if you aren't careful, but I found that holding my finger under the zipper to push down the loose fabric while closing it prevented that.As for durability, I packed them full but didn't overstuff them, so I can't speak to how well the seams would hold up to that. But they seem to be pretty well made.Over all, I'm happy with them, and wish I'd gotten some sooner because they do save a little space and make packing easier and more organized.

Always experimenting with better packing methods, used these for an overseas trip in a travel backpack. Liked the lightweight material, color piping and illustrations to easily identify contents. But the drawback was always packing and readjusting. Not the fault of the product, just that we were constantly on the go and they weren't particularly accessible. Drawback is zippers catch, so guide with your fingers to avoid getting stuck in hem. Tried out both rolling clothes and lying flat with little difference. Used for 14 days and will soon again.

These make packing less of a chore and keepsall of your stuff organized and easy to find. Material is fine and did not have any issues with the zippers. Don't over stuff them and you will love these.

Like how it compresses my clothes into the cubes and that they are so light.

I like these and it keeps the luggage organized, but one thing that keeps me from loving it is the 2nd zipper (the one that compresses the bag) keep getting stuck on the fabric, when closing the bag. So it does work but it makes you work to lol… I just keep them because I didn’t have time before my trip to return. I have used them twice since my first trip and also washed them twice. They do hold up and are tuff.

I am glad I took the chance and ordered this particular set after being annoyed with another major brand. I was able to pack much more than I thought in the compressed "cubes" - they were various sizes/lengths. And I am just upset I never tried compression cubes prior to this trip considering I travel a lot. These were worth the hype. You will not be disappointed.

I got these for a trip abroad, and I'm so glad I did. When I first got them, I was unsure about the sizes - they seemed odd and a little small because they were shaped differently than my regular packing cubes I've used for years. But the shape of these is so much better. They easily held everything I needed, and zipping them closed was easy. They're not a super tight compression, but they do make each pack smaller, and because they don't compress more, my clothes weren't wrinkled when I got to my destination. The smaller sizes worked great for undergarments and for putting a change of clothes in to go in a backpack/carry-on.When I ordered these I also ordered the vacuum style compression bags that you roll, and I ended up not using them. These bags were so much easier to use and kept my clothes looking nice. Plus, when I got to my hotel, I twas easy to move these cubes from my suitcase to the dresser so I didn't have to live out of a suitcase but also didn't have to put my clothes directly into the furniture. Would definitely buy these again.

Absolutely loves these compression packing cubes. I switched over to "modern", hard case luggage one side has an internal harness that holds clothes and the other side of the luggage is just a massive open space with a fabric zipper) recently and found that I don't love the cavernous side where clothes just crash around into each other during travel and spill out when you open your suitcase. These compression cubes are the perfect, low cost solution, as you can pack your clothes into them and put them into the large compartment and don't have to worry about everything falling out into a giant mess when you open your suitcase. It's a much nicer experience to pack and unpack when you don't have to reorganize things each time. You can also pack them and zip them down to be teeny tiny little packages which allows you room for other things (note: this compresses size, but not weight, so doesn't really allow you to pack "more", unless you want to pack more lightweight things). This is a must-have for travel!
