Q: Difference between rainproof and waterproof?

I don't know what product is getting negative replies. I've used this carrier to move from Florida to NYS through rain, downpour, wind, sun, and no water got in at all. This is one of the best cargo bags I've used.

Q: Do you think i could fit 2 on my 2006 z71 Suburban? I donr care about covering the sunroof...

I have a 2006 Acrua MDX and it fits on there very well. I did but extra straps to tie down with, even though not necessary, it made me feel better.

Q: Do the instructions tell you how to "thread" the straps since there are no clips like other cartop bags?

Straps will loop thru your rack then loop and tighten with buckle. The instructions should be inside box
