Pair of Plain White China Latte Mugs

I love these mugs - a great size because I like a huge cup of tea first thing and they have a great handle which doesn't slip out of the hand and also they are plain and elegant. No naff designs. When they arrived, it was clear however one of them had broken in the package. We could hear it. So I videoed the unpacking and took photos etc. Instead of going through the return process with Amazon, I contacted the seller. He personally called us and said he would replace the broken one, which he did. So I'm very pleased and will order more. The original packaging I think was not robust enough but the replacement seemed better - there was an extra layer of bubble wrap with the large bubbles. All good.

My favourite mugs. Nice, elegant and plain but being bone china, they keep a long drink of tea or coffee hot for some time longer than stoneware mugs. Jut what is required.

Had been looking for a while for extra large mugs and these are perfect. Although they are large, they are comfortable to hold and not heavy. They are also a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend.

I received my mug one of them was cracked, they email me back very promptly and sent me another mug out, excellent product for someone that likes a large cup of tea or coffee and very good customer service
