Amazing representation of carbon fiber
I absolutely love the realistic carbon fiber look. When placed directly on top of real carbon fiber. it is only a few shades darker. but catches light the same way. You can not tell its faux carbon fiber unless you get extremely close to it and even then its still hard to tell.It is thicker, and there were some challenges pressing it into extreme 90 degree complex shapes, even 3m 1080 and avery dennison supreme900 wrap would have difficult time on our complex corners, once heated the vinyl would play well around the complex areas. The adhesive became stronger over a few hours time. Upon installation it seemed like the adhesive didnt grip to firmly to the surface, but i rather it be that way vs. the vinyl sticking TO HARD while installing and being difficult to make corrections or work with it.when compairing this to my favorite vinyl, sw900 by avery, and comparing it to aweful china brand no-name vinyls. i say this is closer to ease of installation of the good brands like avery and 3m.what to expect: complex convex curves may need to be sneaky relief cut or seamed in with inlays. works almost like chrome wrap with the reduction of stretch-ability but not as difficult to work with just is a thicker vinyl. use of primer94 on edges close to curves and troublesome areas.pros: looks amazing when side by side to real carbon fiber you cant tell there is much difference even in the sun or shade. high gloss. easier to work with then no-name brands. the price! its priced well for what it is.cons: adhesive could be slightly better, but is a good happy medium between over-gripping (bad) and not gripping at all, as it does adhere as it settles onto the surface over an hour or 2. thick, hard to conform into complex areas. handles similar to chrome wraps but not a deal breaker just need to adjust technique.

Scratches way too easily
I've been using this company's products for a while now. Mostly on computers and interior automotive applications. It's great for protecting expensive, easy to scratch laptops. It's easy to remove and best of all, it leaves no residue. Now the reason for not giving 5 stars: the glossy scratches do easily. I mean, a clean microfiber cloth scratches this stuff. Simply sliding anything, soft or otherwise, scratches this. I'm going to stick with the matte more carbon fiber looking versions of their products. Avoid the glossy unless you like seeing simple things scratch it. Highly disappointed, but dang, before eits scratched, it looks fantastic!

Good product, bad packaging
I would have loved to give this a 5 star rating. However the vinyl roll was shipped in a basic cardboard box and was able to bounce around in the box. This caused it to have a bend in the roll by the time it was delivered. I applied the vinyl in hopes that the marks would "heal" in the summer heat like some stretches and folds will do but it didn't go away.On the other hand the actual product is great. It was a genuine VViViD product and has a attractive finish in the end. If you apply the vinyl well then it is very realistic looking. I will be buying this product again sometime in the future but I will be more educated on the possible damage that can occur from just shipping this product. I just wish they would ship the vinyl in thick gauge cardboard rolls and not a basic thin cardboard box with no packing materials to keep it from shifting and damaging the vinyl.

Great product!
I used this vinyl to wrap some dashboard pieces in my 2007 Mini Cooper S. This was my first time every wrapping anything with vinyl, so there was a little bit of a learning curve. I'll have to rewrap the first dashboard piece that I did, because I did not use enough heat to make the vinyl stretchy to conform around the edges of the piece - the edges are lifting because of my poor application. The other pieces that I did came out perfect. I'm very happy with this product - I would purchase it again and recommend it to others.

Very nice looking. If applied well
Very high quality! Very nice looking. If applied well, looks nearly identical to the real thing. Only thing noticeably different from real CF is, the weave is too perfect, and the gloss has a bit of orange peel instead of a perfect, glass like finish. I love it and would definitely buy again.

Never again am I buying this
I bought this because a customer of mine wanted me to cut out and final carbon fiber gloss like this after buying a test sample I was able to dial-in My plotter to cut this stuff and he needed a large sticker from me this week out of nowhere in the stuff for a car race So I spent $27 to ship it over ASAP and the day it comes it’s completely trashed in the bag they role it up So tight it has tons of wrinkles you can’t get out I lost the customer because I couldn’t deliver the product they needed because This company can’t put out a nice product done for ever with buying this brand vinyl.

by far and away the most accurate carbon fiber look ...
by far and away the most accurate carbon fiber look for vinyl i've ever found. People can claim dinoc all the want to, but once they see this in person, there's aboslutely no comparison between the two. I wrapped my Stingray roof in this, and people think it's the $5,000 carbon fiber roof option from Chevrolet. A+ for VVivid!

Beware! Destroyed my paint! Stay away!
Ok so I had this vinyl on my car for about a year. But I started to notice it was cracking and it really concerned me because I’ve had wrapped cars for years. I decided it was definitely time to remove it after seeing the cracking on my hood and the removal process was just as hard as the application. So AFter a few months I decided to test out a few things and see what the damage is and it turns out that in just one year this vinyl stained my clear coat and my paint all the way through, even the primer is somewhat stained. If I had put this wrap on my insurance I would be ok. But I didn’t and now there is hundreds of dollars of damage done to my car.
