Q: What is the neck size for the XL please

My guess is it’s about a 17 1/2. Since I don’t use the top button it never really mattered to me.

Q: If it shrinks can it be returned?

I can say because although I had some minimal shrinkage, I didn’t send it back. Didn’t think it could be sent back.

Q: The discription say machine was and hand wash which is it?

I have machine washed with no problem

Q: Can someone explain the "Anti-shrink treatment"? Is that a spray or has it been pre-shrunk? I am concerned it will shrink in the wash.

I just got it because it was cotton. Traditionally any cotton washed over and over again is going to shrink what they spray on it I have no idea but mine I would say really didn't shrink much and I've had it for a year or two?
