I love that I can use this flash drive with both my phone and my laptop. It took some work trying to figure out how to move files from my phone to the drive but I finally discovered that I had to move everything through the My Files app. Everything works great and the quality of the drive itself is awesome - my only complaint is that it isn't actually 32GB as it says. The first time I plugged it in it read as 29.29 GB ... seems kinda shady but still love it and will get a lot of use out of it!

I don't know how to access the data in the phone and make it go into the stick. I'm sure it's simple, but I don't know what I'm doing.

I took a risk on this because there were only 5 reviews at the time and with no text, only stars. But it worked great and I'm keeping it! I plugged it into my Samsung Galaxy phone to move thousands of photos off my phone. Just had to find the flash drive in Storage on phone Settings, then copied or moved whole albums of hundreds of photos to the usb drive. Got it done in a matter of minutes rather than the hours that were predicted on my laptop when trying to transfer same using a USB cable. Nice to have the two ends. Seems sturdy enough and storage capacity is accurate. I learned that "unmounting" the flash drive from my android phone is equivalent to safely ejecting or removing the flash drive from your computer. So look for that unmount or eject option on your phone.

I bought this for a trip to download photos from my phone. I was surprised to find that the 5/8 wide shoulder kept it from being inserted while my case was on. I'll have to get a short "extension cord" to make it connect to the phone so I don't have the hassle of removing the case.Part 2 - construction is NOT sturdy. I expected an all metal memory stick to be strong and durable. While the USB-A end was plugged into my laptop, the laptop slid off the couch and landed on the carpeted floor. The A end was bent at an angle and the USB-C cell connector was squished by the "protective" swivel cover. A plastic memory stick would have survived better. Reduced stars to 2 for lack of strength with a metal case.

I couldn’t get this to work. It won’t stay connected in my laptop and when I did end up transferring files onto them it didn’t upload them correctly
