Please with the results, used them with cooking.
I cannot properly review this item but I will say I use these when I can (Kilner jar) with my french & runner beans and after pressure canning them they loose none of their colour. Before I used the tablets in with the beans they came out a murky green but still edible now they look like I have cooked them fresh.I haven’t used them as a supplement.
