This is just what I needed .

I've been using magnesium citrate for a long time for constipation. This is a nice brand.For anyone saying they don't understand the two different amounts, 150mg and 1060mg...150mg is the ELEMENTAL magnesium amount. This is the amount of magnesium that your body absorbs. If a doctor tells you that you need 400mg of magnesium a day, they are talking about the elemental amount. 1060mg is the total weight of the whole compound - magnesium AND citric acid (magnesium must be bound to another molecule i.e. citric acid, malic acid, taurine, etc) to become usable by the body.I hope this helps. ^_^

These are easy to swallow and I appreciate that as I have issues with large pills. I take magnesium citrate in addition to other forms of magnesium throughout the day.

Fair price and plentiful. These are a decent product.

these were recommended as a mild laxative when I took strong pain meds. They worked great

These were just delivered, and I just opened them up and one of the capsules was broken open inside the unopened jar of pills. The contents of the capsule spilled out and he’s covering all the other capsules. I’ve tried to wipe them clean but it’s not working . Sadly, I’ll have to throw them out because I can’t return them. Very disappointed.

This product was not as I expected. My drugstore was out of my regular brand Magnesium, so I tried this one. Not good for my purposes but may be fine for someone else; I'll try it in the garden so as not to waste it.
