USES A NON STANDARD CONNECTOR FOR CABLE
This will not be a problem for most user unless they need to replace cable or add an adapter. Almost all other jump packs use an EC 5 or have adapters available to be able to convert their plug to EC5. Cables are on the short side and I wanted to be able to use short EC 5 extension and I have SAE connector wired directly to my batteries to charge them and wanted to be able to use an EC 5 to SAE to jump the battery since it is the floor of my trunk.I am not sure what type is used on the Fast Max but it is not compatible with EC 5 or EC 3 and I can not find any adapter that fit.The jump pack seem to work well and charges devices and accepts recharging and holds it charge

It Works and Easy to use.
Had to use it today..so my car battery is weak. Hooked up YESPER FASTⅡ in a minute or 2 and Shazam car started immediately. So I have to say it is a good product, it also has the highest amps for that price range. Works great as back up phone charger and other stuff camping also.

THIS THING WORKS!
So, I bought this on a one-day Prime delivery, and I had another vehicle I could drive when the battery died. Without even plugging it in, it was at about 1/2 charged, so I tried it anyway and BAM! The car started immediately. Follow the instructions, they are really quite simple.I liked it so much I bought another one for my mom!I will say I really doubt the "jump start up to 50 times" claim -- but I bet you can get 5. I lost one bar on the 4-bar meter jumping it once. But really, what are you doing where you have to jump start more than 4, maybe 5 times before getting your vehicle a new battery, alternator or whatever?

It's good but?
I work as a battery technician I used this a lot unfortunately this pack when it gets the E error in the screen it will not work for at least 5m for my job I can not wait that long. It has Power but the unfortunately part for me is that when you get that E massage you most wait until it turns off by it self before you can try and jump your car again that is the drawback of the jump pack

Works as intended
I work as a mechanic so I need to jump start cars alot. It has jumped everything I've tried it on and battery life is pretty good jumped 3 or 4 cars and only dropped 10 to 15%

Haven't hat to use it but It does look well made and sturdy too.
