Faulty
The top heating place is loose so they don't match up when pressed down. I e mailed the seller to seek clarification on whether this is a common issue of if I was just unlucky, they haven't even bothered responding so I will be returning it. Within the next week or so

Excellent rosin press simple to use
It’s great, easy to use and does exactly what it’s suppose to. I set it to 195 let it warm up for 10 minutes and it’s prefect 5/5
