Big for small feet.
I am a size 5 and I needed this to ice the back of my tendon. The item is a bit large so it doesn't hit the back of the tendon that well, however, it's a great item, the elastic pieces are fantastic and can be wrapped tightly for a close fit. The gel stays cold for a good while. The packaging comes with a plastic bag to store the item in the fridge/freezer away from smells.Definitely recommend, very good product and does the job well to ease foot inflammation.
