When the item arrived there were some issues immediately, however, we were able to email tech support and receive immediate assistance regarding the issues. Great beginner PC for gaming / school / etc. Will need an external hard drive.

The media could not be loaded.  Has a nice presentation and it was well packed. Very sleek design allowing it to only take up a little bit of space under my desk. Would buy again.

oh my god the quailty is so good im so glad it came with a charger and besides my twin bro really needed it it was easy to install he said the quality of his monitor was so good that he played roblox on it it took maybe seconds to play roblox. the durability is good and the quality is all i like about this besides its so cheap that its worth the money im not really into tech stuff so my dad helped me a bit. but am glad i got this gaming computer desktop for him i think am really lucky to see some nice reviews about this! besides my dad played in it for a little and he already loved it! besides my brother was really happy and im happy too. such a great gift for him love these desktops continue making these. ill support you all the way
