Easy to clean but enamel is better
I like this pan, but I'm just not sure how to care for it. I have regular cast iron that are well seasoned and I have other le creuset that are enamel coated. I would choose either of those options on this pan. It works if you're doing something saucy, but everything I've tried to cook with oil or butter ends up sticking really bad, but it does clean up easily.
