I rarely drink because I have nasty hangovers the next day that requires me to nurse it all day. These as my favorite “electrolyte” drink mix! All flavors are so good! And the weekend recovery does just what it needs to!

Flavor is good and I feel like the electrolytes and L-theanine make a difference. They don't dissolve super well in water. Almost need to put them in a shaker, just stirring it leaves a lot settled at the bottom in 16oz glass. Wish they were more affordable also.

These are great! Little salty but just add more water. These definitely prep me for exercise and weekend activities.

These electrolyte packets have probably the most electrolytes I’ve seen in any hydration powder. After one of these I felt like I’d never been more hydrated! They can be really strong in flavor but not if you use enough water. Works great!

Good stuff.. When you might imbibe a little too much, this stuff is a lifesaver. Either slam a bottle in the morning, or before you go to bed, and hangovers are much more tolerable. After age 50, I've found that hangovers last about three weeks. Not with this wonderful elixir. Tastes great, albeit a little salty. Does the trick.
