Well sealed bag and organic
I’ve been using these sprouts for a long time. They are easy to make and so much better than store-bought ready to eat sprouts, because I found the store-bought ready to eat sprouts often have mushy rotten looking sprouts on the bottom of the package. I put 2 tablespoons of these seeds in a quart mason jar with a screen lid. Then fill the jar halfway with water and put the jar in the cupboard overnight for eight hours. Next morning, drain that water, and rinse the seeds while still in the jar and drain again. Turn the jar with the screened lid Upside down on a plate on an angle so the water continues to drain out. I have a bracket I bought from the company that holds the jar on an angle. Rinse twice a day - pouring water over the seeds while still in the jar and drain through the screened lid. After four or five days, you’ll find that the jar is full of sprouts. Then pull the sprouts out of the jar a little at a time and run the water pressure over them in a colander in the sink. This way the hulls will come out of the sprouts, pass thru the holes in the colander into the sink. Once you get most of the hulls out of the sprouts, you can put the finished product in a clean jar and screw the screened lid back on and store them in the refrigerator. I have not tried processing the sprouts in any other way. This way has always worked for me. Good luck and enjoy!

Easy to grow and Delicious
I recently tried Alfa Alfa sprouting seeds and was blown away by their taste. The sprouts were crisp, fresh, and added a delightful crunch to my meals.

Lovely, though a bit pricey
I grow these with a slotted lid and a wide mouth mason jar. Usually, I have 4 going at once. I have tried a variety of different seeds and I have to say that these were quite nice. The majority of seeds germinated and the flavor was lovely. Of course, I get that with quality comes a price... But this is a bit too steep for me and I just can't pay 13 bucks for 4 oz of seeds again. I'll have to research a bit more for similar quality and lower price. Thanks!

Excellent product. I've been getting a high yield on these seeds, probably more then 90% of them sprout. Taste is spicier then alfalfa and they're far more crisp. Will order again.

So easy enough without sprouting equipment.
Sprouted very quickly. Very simple process for small quality. Paper towel in the bottom of a small plastic container, sprinkle seeds, spray a couple of times a day. I kept lid on much of the time. Great sprouts in 5 days.
