I ordered the "Owl Always Love You" mug. The package arrived in a box labelled "Owl Always Love You", but the mug inside was "The Bee's Knee's" and not appropriate for the intended recipient.I arranged a replacement to be sent by Amazon's simple and efficient automated returns system.The new package duly arrived. Inside was a box labelled "Owl Always Love You", but the mug inside was yet another "The Bee's Knee's" mug.At that point I gave up. It would be helpful to be able to talk to a human being to explain what the problem is before someone else gets an ugly bee when they wanted a cute owl.One carefully selected Christmas present completely failed. I may get my money back, but I can't have Christmas Day back.Ho hum! The world is still spinning.
