Love theses shakes because they are vegan, easy to make when you don’t have time to sit and eat because of work or if you have a busy day just place the powder in a container and take some bottled water with you to make when you need to eat. I like the flavour and the price is really great considering it’s sold in shops at £15! I have 1 for breakfast and for lunch and a meal in the evening. I go to the gym or work out at home and feel so much better have these replacement meal shakes. They contain everything you need and my skin, hair and nails are much better because of the protein and vitamins. Doesn’t make me feel bloated like other shakes because you use water not milk and it’s gluten free. I ordered 4. Mainly get these because they are quick to make and easy to drink while on the go. This one tastes lovely.I am half way though my second bag. I have not lost any weight at all, not even a lb from taking these (I have be doing as advised, 2 shakes, 1 low calorie meal and exercise) however my skin is amazing. For the first time I have not got any spots at all, my skin is not dry and flaky, its soft to the touch and its glowing. My nails are also stronger and my hair does not fall out at all anymore. So although I have not lost any weight I have had some major health benefits to it

Ordered these as I have recently ordered the normal slim fast shakes as recommend for be for being massively improved from when I tried them years ago. Must admit the strawberry and banana ones are lush. Anyway thought I would take it one step further and have the strawberry and blueberry as I’m trying to up my protein intake plus love the additional minerals and vitamins in these and the new ones even have green tea extract.These are nice but I wouldn’t say as nice as the normal ones purely because these are made with water rather than milk but I suppose you could add nut milks but I didn’t want to take my calories over. They are ok blended with ice but doesn’t make them as thick as the normal ones. The flavour is nice. Will have these in between.

Love the flavour and texture! I like the vegan choc one but I LOVE this one! In 3 and 1/2 weeks I’ve lost just over 9 pounds and feel great! I obviously feel a bit hungry some of the time as I’m having to eat a lot less than before to actually lose weight, but what do people expect?! It’s working for me and it’s also made the bad habits I’d got myself into over the last couple of years really obvious to me, so when I’ve reached my target (middle of August if not before) I’ll go back to how I was before those bad habits set in. SlimFast don’t seem to make any vegan snacks yet but I’m just choosing my own that I’m used to and it’s still working well.

After trying 5 (!) other brands of meal replacements, I found this to be not only the most filling, but best tasting shake! It kept me full (obviously within reason) and blends well. The freeze dried berries is a nice touch and it doesn't taste of sweeteners. I use it with oat/almond milk for a creamier texture.Highly recommend, even though its pricey!

The taste is lovely but I found it didn't satisfy my hunger craving at all so I was still hungry after.

For someone like myself who can’t have dairy this is great and I was shocked to find that it truly does have no dairy products in it as most of them do even before you add milk. I do as instructed on the back of the packaging, adding 250ml water, 4 spoonfuls of powder, I add 3 shots of aloe Vera juice in mine and ice and it’s beautiful. Really easy to swallow, it’s not stupidly thick but it does really fill you up. Started taking it when it arrived and I feel an improvement already! Hopefully shift this 4lbs I’ve put on during lockdown before I return to work in June! Definitely recommend.

This surprised me,I wasn't expecting to like it much but it's actually quite nice for a dairy free shake! Im not vegan but need dairy free. Paid a reduced price £9.99. Made in a blender with added ice so the lumps of dried fruit were processed, haven't tried it without doing this, so if lumps in your drink bother you you might not like it.Not sure it would be sustainable at full price if you need it for a long time as it's quite expensive but worth a try when on offer.
